WILL YOU PRAYERFULLY CONSIDER A YEAR-END GIFT TO THE FREE RANGE PASTOR?

Become a Patron of The Free Range Pastor Before December 31, 2025

The TFRP Advisory Board is prayerfully working toward a

$85,000 year-end goal.

The Free Range Pastor is fully funded by friends and family who

believe in the vision and lovingly help offer a pastor to the world —

freely and without barriers.

Reaching this goal will help us finish this year strong and begin the next even stronger,

and free Ken to focus fully on the 2026 mission — unhindered by

ongoing fundraising and administrative demands.

We’re confident, with your prayerful generosity, this goal is within reach.

What Others Have Said...

“To be safe in a spiritual community, and so capably led by The Free Range Pastor, and to have our small group bonding time - all such a gift to my weary and doubting soul.” - Wilco PM participant

“I am beyond humbled that you exercised attention toward my need (and challenge). This experience was hope-giving for someone like me who has been experiencing drought for a long, long time. Your guidance, transparency, and practical approach to God’s word made this an incredibly meaningful time.”

“At this time in my life, I need connections that have a better understanding to the type of marriage, home, and life I want to be living… This group seems to have been the answer to that prayer of needed relationships with spiritual guidance.” Wilco PM participant

“Wilco PM has been a cornerstone for community and fellowship.”

“As a 40ish man, it’s not always easy to make new friends and encounter the type of community that is available through WILCOAM. I just wanted to thank you for creating this ministry and let you know it has been one of the best experiences I’ve had since moving here.” - A New Transplant to Nashville

“I feel like I can share anything with you without judgement and actually receive helpful wisdom”.

“You have a way of being inviting and disarming at the same time; the things I need in a spiritual mentor”.

“By God’s grace, I’m doing incredibly well and in such a different place I was when we met. I’ve come to see that Christ covered my sin, but he also covered my shame. I am feeling hopeful and starting to live again. I’m even investing in other people who were where I was just a bit ago.”

Why do I support the Free Range Mission?

I see Ken and the Free Range Mission addressing an urgent need in a very effective way. The urgent need is the spiritually disconnected state of too many of God’s people. So many churches today offer sermons, but little conversation; truth, but minimal relationship or community. I see the Free Range Pastor as a modern day missionary enterprise offering conversation, care and community to those who are un-churched, de-churched, and under-churched. My monthly investment in the ministry of the Free Range Pastor is deeply rewarding because I see it making a difference in the lives of those who had not previously found life-giving connection in the Church. I see onlookers becoming re-engaged. - Pastor Gerrit Gustafson

Why become a Patron of the Free Range Mission?

Being a young adult in a city where there are so many churches at our disposal, it’s been so easy to fall through the cracks and not ever actually connect with people at church. I love how relational the free range mission is and how it organically creates multi-generational connections. I have always felt known and cared for in the environments that Ken has created for people to gather together. I think so many of us are looking for community and it can sometimes be hard to find in a church setting. It’s really nice to have access to what the free range mission is offering to us whether we are attending a church or not. I also really love how easy it is to invite people into it because it’s such a welcoming environment. Ken and his whole family live and breathe hospitality. It was truly the highlight of my weeks during the last WILCO PM sessions that were hosted in their home. People were very comfortable there and I think because of that, conversations and connections were able to happen so easily. I’ve been so thankful for the relationships that have come out of this mission so far and will continue to support this! - Taylor S, WILCO PM Participant, Former Franklin Fellow, Young Adult

Why do you support the Free Range Pastor?

For the nourishment of the body. The body of Christ is not limited to a particular building or denomination on Sunday morning. The body encompasses a multi-ethnic vast array of broken humans at various seasons and stages of life.  Some hurting, some alone, and many adrift and mistrustful from past church communities. What a blessing to have a gift such as Ken, who is able to be a pastor to such as these.  - Adam Seger

Why is the Free Range Pastor critical for the world today?

With moral, ethical, and social values being constantly attacked and loneliness being at an all-time high, the world needs TFRP to restore Christian values and Christian male fellowship.

Why I support The Free Range Pastor:

The un-churched and de-churched need someone like TFRP to engage and re-engage their hearts and minds with the Gospel. The modern church is struggling to engage this population in what is becoming a post-Christian society. TFRP is just the right pioneer in this Gospel rich opportunity. - Churchman, Business Owner, Local Deacon, Scott Greenwood

WILL YOU PRAYERFULLY CONSIDER A YEAR-END GIFT TO THE FREE RANGE PASTOR?

Become a Patron of The Free Range Pastor Before December 31

The Free Range Pastor is 100 percent financially supported by friends and family who understand the vision, and lovingly offer a pastor to the World for FREE in the name of Jesus and on behalf of the church!

In an effort to end the fiscal year strong and start the new year stronger, the advisory board of The Free Range Pastor (TFRP) is prayerfully seeking a $75K goal for year-end giving.

Reaching this goal supports the salary, covers ministry expenses, begins to offer supplementary benefits, and frees Ken up to focus on the 2025 mission uninhibited by fundraising and administration.

We are confident we can reach this goal with your prayerful generosity!

Your gift will help the mission expand to continue the service of those outside the church.
